The final version of the Pong game I wrote for Fool Moon here in Ann Arbor, plus a couple of pics of it in action.  No major crashes, and only a few minor bugs.  Everything went better than expected!

It was especially gratifying to see so many kids wanting both to play with the Wiimotes that controlled the paddles and to have their faces up on the big screen.  My teammates excelled in every regard at making the experience smooth, fun and memorable.

More behind-the-scenes details, pics and videos can be found at http://www.martin-thoburn.com/news_and_info/moon-pong-at-fool-moon/

And you can download the source code to run your own pong game from https://code.google.com/p/qc-pong/

When your patch is supposed to look like the top but starts to look like the bottom, it’s time to give your workstation (and yourself) a much-needed break.

The simple beauty of a complex Quartz Composer patch.
